1. General Policy
All payments made for advertisement bookings on the Ora Marketing Networks website are considered final. Due to the nature of digital content scheduling and preparation, refunds are issued only under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
A client may qualify for a refund only if:
1. The advertisement has not yet been reviewed or processed by Ora Marketing Networks; or
2. The advertisement is rejected during the approval process, and the client does not wish to submit a revised version; or
3. Ora Marketing Networks is unable to deliver the service due to internal technical failures or operational issues not caused by the client.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The advertisement has already been approved and scheduling has begun
• The client submitted incorrect or low-quality files
• The advertisement violated the Terms and Conditions
• Delays occur due to the client’s late revisions or missing information
• The client simply changes their mind after booking
• External factors (e.g., power outages, bus downtime, network interruptions) temporarily affect playback

4. Cancellation Requests
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@omniads.co.ke.
• If the cancellation is submitted after approval, no refund will be issued.
• If submitted before review, you may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on processing status.

5. Processing Refunds
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (card or mobile money)
• Processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider
• Refunds are subject to a 10% transaction fee

6. Changes by Ora Marketing Networks
If we need to reschedule or adjust your ad display due to operational reasons, we will:
• Notify you promptly
• Offer an alternative week or compensation where appropriate
